Add a Polemus survey applet on your website!

Polemus offers a new javascript applet that allows making votes inside your websites: sharing internet links is now easy! This little application may be integrated in your HTML pages in order to provide interactive and anonymous access to our surveys and contents. Example:

Some informations :

• The form is 200 pixels wide. It should be placed inside a table or a column. Vertical size varies with the content.
• The web navigator should allow javascript and cookies. Otherwise, nothing would appear
